Elite Motel Properties
I designed and developed this site featuring a medium-sized motel, cottages, apartments and condo rentals in Ocean City, Maryland.
Site features:
- A fun, attractive and easy-to-navigate site appealing to both highschool graduates and families looking for rental properties in Ocean City.
- Bold colours, music, animated graphics and photos of the rental units and local attractions were available on the site, keeping with the "fun at the beach" theme.
- The web site provided visitors with detailed information about the various properties available, along with rental prices.
- A simple contact form was used allowing visitors to request more information or a brochure to be mailed.
- This was a liquid site that expanded/contracted based on the visitor's window size and resolution, used JavaScript for menu roll-overs, and was partially created with CSS.

The client sold the motel properties and shut down the web site at the end of 2004. However, screen shots of the web site are available.
